If you have access to another computer, I recommend using Hiren's Boot CD to reset/remove your administrator password.
In your case, you would use a 1GB USB drive to create a usb bootable version. The instructions to do this can be found on Launching Hiren’s BootCD from USB Flash Drive.
Once you've created the flash drive, you can select to boot from the usb drive and follow instructions that I provided to a previous answer: stuck at safe mode cant return normal mode password forgot.
