Who can really fix this camera?

My a7r is at the only authorized Sony still camera repair facility in North America (Precision Camera Repair) for the THIRD time now, having been returned to me twice in still-damaged condition. Sony and Precision both assure me that this time they will do it right; we shall see. Sony says there is no "professional" repair facility for their still cameras, but they badly need one for the a7 series. Anyhow, I am wondering if you know of any shop that can do a professional repair job on this camera.
