PCB Problems (Usb and SD card not recognized)

i bought the Gopro hero4 black PCB in IFIXIT and it does not recognize the USB or SD card propertly, i tried different SD cards (Sandisk extreme) and different USB Cables and it happen same thing every time. the PCB version is v1.0.0, its impossible to update the firmware.

Any option?
