control locked light on nothing works
the control locked light is on and i can not shut it off as a result nothing works what's wrong? tom h.

TOM H, try the normal procedure which is to hold down the "end of cycle signal" (drain/spin)button for 3 to 5 seconds. The only other thing I could see is that the control interface has failed and has a stuck or shortened keypad. Also, in the event it should not work, unplug your washer for ab out 15minutes to see if it will reset.
