Motherboard Replacement done fine or not?

How can I check that after replacing the motherboard in the Service Center, everything else fine within it? I doubt the service center guys. Is there ant app with which I can check that each and everything is connected properly. I want to check it as soon as they deliver the cell. (not with long time use).
