My iPhone 3GS battery terminal 1 and 4 pins are sorted

My iPhone 3GS was only turning on when connected to wall charger as soon as i remove it phone immediately shuts off so i decided to check it. I found that the Battery pins on board are sorted . How do I repair it, are there any jumpers or any thing. please help .
