Kurio 7s screen is twitching.

On the administraitor window, Kurio keeps entering PIN code number randomly won't stop. I tried to turn off but power off in the screen is unresponsive, so as other button. I drained rhe batterry to turn off or reset but once charged, it started twitching again. How should I fix it?
