i got the issue with it turning on clicking and then turning off i read it was the power supply i replaced the power supply 3 times same problem do you think the mother board is screwed or what?

Hi Joshaih! You already know this but the power supply usually does not fix this issue. Sometimes it does, but not very often. It is likely that you either have a problem with the APU (the main graphics & CPU chip) or possibly the solder joints on your PS4. The only way to know which it is is to have it repaired or diagnosed by a repair shop.
