Why is my battery percentage not changing?
I have an iPhone 5C: I changed:
1) Full screen replacement
2) changed the lighting connector
3) New battery
The issue is saying that it is charging, but the percentage is not going up. The device IS recognized in iTunes.

Why did you have to replace those parts to begin with?
The issue appeared before or after this attempted repair?
Examine the logic board around the battery connector using good magnification. Do you see anything missing/broken/part torn off?

Are you using a legitimated Apple charger and cable? Does the percentage update upon restart?
