Open the cover of the SD card slot.
There should be a small red button.
That is the hard reset key.
Now press and hold that small red button for about 3 or 5 seconds.
That should do it. :-)

The red button will only soft reset the device.... a hard reset will erase all user data and restore the phone to factory settings.
Settings -> Backup and Reset -> Factory Data Reset.
If the phone cannot be unlocked to get into the settings i.e you have forgotten the lock pin/pattern. You can Hard reset the phone using a computer.
Sony PC Companion -> Support Zone -> Phone/Tablet Software Update -> Repair My Phone/Tablet... Follow the on screen instructions to Hard Reset the Device.
