The fingerprint reader on my iphone is no longer working and doesnt pop up in the setup area anymore. The phone also gliches sometimes in the screen. Will a change in the screen in both of them fix that?

Unfortunately, aside from your problem originating from a loose connector inside the phone, or a faulty intermediate home button cable that is attached to the LCD shield inside the phone, you will need to refer to Apple to get this sorted out. Due to security reasons, every single touch ID home button has a unique ID that is associated with that phone's logic board. ONLY Apple has the ability to reprogram a new home button to work with the fingerprint reader. If any home button is used that was not the original, it will still act as a home button, but all fingerprint reading capabilities will be rendered useless.
