That's the phone rechecking to make sure all your files are there and everything is good. It happens when you power it off wrong sometimes or the device looses it's battery for a period of time.

UNTILL shutdown it says again n again

We have to be careful with the apps we install especially the core ones like Applock apps. Some of the poorly designed ones make phones restart overtime.

You all must consult any phone repairer! Your android data may have been corrupted due to some virus or anything like that

I have been having the same problem but I have realised that the "power off app" I had has been the cause of that. I just uninstalled the app and now I switch off the phone normally. U can try it out if you have the same issue.

hard reset your phone. google it. it worked fine with me. but u gonna lost all data. like new phone.

Mine, happened the same way while I'm in our church this afternoon, my phone has a built-in battery so there is no way that I can shut it down ferociously, with that I restarted it and I pressed the off button while under checking time causing my phone to restart of course. But then it, happened again.. then I did the same thing.. the 3rd time, but before it restarts "I pray to God that it may be opened for I really need it and what would I do if I lose it." Then after ending the prayer I hid my phone to may bag, leaving and trusting it all to God.
Then guess what? mine works well now.. hehe :) You just have to be reminded that you should trust and ask Him. :) He always listens.

GO TO ''hard reset option then click on delete all user data then reboot your phone and leave it for 1/2hr and change you battery and while charging use authorised charger '.That's all you are done

I think your device might have detected corruption in its internal memory/SD card and trying to correct them to prevent damage to the OS. try removing the SD card and see if this issue persist, if it does, then the internal memory is the culprit.
