Que puedo hacer para reestablecer mi telefono si aparece ese mensaje al prenderlo??..Si se puede, se perderan los datos del telefono??

i enquired in a nokia service centre.what i came to know is that there is only one option i.e., to change the mother board. and it takes Rs: 3750 /-
