Can I replace the 802.11n airport card to 802.11ac?
2012 Retina Macbook Pro can replace 802.11n to 802.11ac
is there any possible for non-retina mbp to do so?

Yes, you can replace the 802.11n AirPort Card to a newer 802.11ac. If your system doesn't have it to start with. First check your systems Network > Wi-Fi Hardware under the About This Mac ... > More Info ... > System Report ...
