Is there a way to fix my ipad?

okay so, i went to a trip and i was using my ipad alot and it died so when i was going to charge it i realized that my charger didnt work so it lasted without charge about 2 days and when i got home i went to buy another charger but when i was charging it, it seemed fine but i left it charging for about 15 hours and when i woke up it wouldnt turn on it didnt even show the charging sign i tried holding both the sleep and home button for 20 seconds but it still didnt work please help!
