i have repaired a iphone 6 and now the wifi bluetooth dont work, like disabled by the menu
and phone shutdown instantly sometimes after 5 minutes of using
we are doing repair of lcd by other tech and now wifi bt and anormal shutdown problem

I have seen the power issue on a few iPhone 6 and 6+'s that I've had in the shop. The power issue is almost always caused by a bad part being put on the phone. When that happens I switch out the part with a new LCD and it'll work when turned back on.
As for the wifi issue, it's possible that you disconnected the cable when removing the screen, although I don't see how you would have done that unless you took the entire board out of the phone. The Wifi cable is attached near the top right of the board. All four of it's connections are on the bottom of the board (hence why I can't see you disconnecting them on accident).
Swap the screen out with another one if you can (it might fix all your issues since it's the only thing you've said that you replaced, although it's usually not that easy), and make sure that all of your connections are secure. Other than that, I, unfortunately, have no easy answers.

I replaced my screen twice and I’m starting to narrow in on the root cause of the WiFi issue with replacement screens (at least in my case. The first time I replaced my screen, I noticed intermittent WiFi so I went through the entire screen install process again and I also replaced the WiFi antenna as recommended. I still had intermittent WiFi but it worked well enough until I broke the screen and replaced it again. This time the WiFi was completely dead (permanently grayed out icon). What I’ve found with experimentation is that popping the screen off the back of the phone (without disconecting anything) followed by a hard reset always restores the WiFi, without fail. I’m suspicious that the components installed at the top rear of the screen are putting pressure on the WiFi antenna, grounding it out when the screen is installed to the back of the phone. It’s very consistent behavior.

it could be possible when you broke the screen first time it damaged the mother board also but with external eye we cant see what else is damaged on the motherboard as it have so many tiny transistors on it. and after putting a new screen with passage of time it stopped completely . cos in mobile repair shops they dont have the facility to diagnose the motherboard with high tech machines which only apple have. And motherboards are not made of rubber which they could be flexible that they can be bend/twist so this is what i can say through my experience. best is when you break your phone screen or else just replace the whole phone from apple instead of repairing only one part and remain safe of having hassle in other parts of phone.

I am having the same exact problem. Replaced the display on the iPhone 6 and it shuts off during use and Wi-Fi is greyed out. Phone will only turn back on with hard reset. I've tried a restore and new display and the issues still persist.
