USB port not working, while HP jack is fine
USB port not working, while HP jack is fine. Tried replacing the whole port assembly - same outcome. Any ideas?

headphones jack. the port is not working because the usb powered devices like hard drive or flash drive or usb mouse don't work/don't get any power
