Recently bought a Blu Studio 5.0 II and it has stop working, it is not booting pass the splash screen. Prior to that it would tell me that I cannot access nothing on my phone (eg. emails, messages, making calls, whatsapp or any of the other applications) Now it closed down and not coming on pass the blu sign in page. How can I fix this?

Sadly it deletes personal data stored on the phone, but if your data is synced, you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
