Hi Johnny!
I'd recommend selling and buying a truck with 4WD, because it's not a job that anyone would actually perform.
Let me explain this for you. a 4WD vehicule has a transfer case between the rear and front axles that will lock the front and rear axles when engaged. The transfer case will transfer the maximum torque to the axle with the most traction.
You car doesn't have that transfer case and you also don't have the axles that are made to be connected to it, you need a bunch of sensors as well and the computer to be able to make it works. It would require a complete change of many pieces that would make no sense at all. Go see Toyota, ask them what they think, but it's not a job that you can perform in your garage. ( if it's possible to do it at all )
My advice, swap it with another one, less problems and surely less expensive.
Edit: I've also read a bit online, you'd also have troubles with the differential as Toyota uses them for their traction system.
