HTC One M8 Screen Repair now Stuck on Verizon on Boot Up

I replaced an LCD/Digitizer on the HTC m8 and I am having a weird issue. I have display but the problem is, it only boots up to the Verizon logo. I have tried everything that I can think of to get this bad boy up and running. I do have another part on it's way just to thoroughly try everything I can. I cannot boot the device in safe mode or recovery mode so there is no way to factory reset the device. Removing the back cover allowed the device to boot up fully twice. Now even with the back cover off, the device will no longer boot up past the Verizon logo. I also tried a new back cover (again to thoroughly test every possible solution that I can). I have checked all flex cables and coax cables and everything seems to be connected just fine.

Any suggestions?
