How do you take off paint scratches from a plastic surface?

I just wanted to ask how I would take off some white wall scratches off of my plastic vacuum ?

is there any type of liquid you can find at home that takes away that stuff?

First you'll want to try one of the Citrus oil cleaners like: Goo Gone. Just test it out some where it won't show first. They do a good job on label adhesives as well. I would then try using a polishing powder like: Bon Ami with a damp cloth as it won't scratch. After either you do want to put on a protectant like: Armor All.

There are a variety of plastic cleaners, polishes, and compounds that work well for this. I have found Novus Plastic Polish Kit to work wonders; Meguiars has variety of products based on color and type of plastics; Mothers also has a polish for scratches.

First step is to remove the wall paint without Scratching the plastic surface. Dry wall paint gets soft with - water! No rocket science needed. If possible submerge it into water with a dash of dish cleaner for some minutes. Than take a wooden spatula or fingernails to scrub it from the surface. Any scratches you can polish with toothpaste or grease based polish like mentionned before.
