system restore error with blue screen

all my problem started when i tried to download my backup i cloud on my i phone 5s he asked a system update after updating me screen light starting tremble but not for long after one week suddenly a black and white strips appear and blue screen after that i put it on the charging and not thing but apple white screen On and Off.

i tried to make system restore with I tunes many times but after it download about half he give me error ..

i changed the USB and the Computer and i tunes updated and still give my the same error (in the middle of system restore ..blue screen and error)
