Constant reboot into recovery mode new battery installed and dock port

Hello,

I have a iPhone 5s that continues to reboot into recovery mode.

I have installed two batteries and two different flex cables.

Itunes sees it and tries to restore but after the restores complete the phone goes back to recovery mode.

The apple logo comes up for about 3 seconds and bam into recovery mode.

I have tried 3 separate lightning cables.

even using programs to force it to come out recovery it still goes back.

Any ideas would be great!
