2 My device is running slow and locking up.
When I use my A701 tablet it runs slowly and locks up. What can I do to fix this?

This problem may be fixed by completing a hard reset. This reset will delete your settings and files in effort to restore the device. If this does not work it may be a result of a software issue. If that is the case refer to the manufacturer website for additional instruction: Azpenpc.com/service/
