2 My tablet is not charging. How can I fix it?
I have difficulty connecting the tablet to the charger. Even when I insert the charging cable into the port, the tablet does not charge.

Check if the charger is connected firmly into the device. If the male tip of the charger is broken or crooked, then buy a new charger. The female port could be contaminated with particles, then clean out port gently using spudger If still does not work, seek professional help.
