2 Why does my touch pad not work?
I can't get the cursor to move using my touch pad no matter what I do.

Touch pad is not enabled
Hold the "Fn" key and press the "F5" key simultaneously to enable the touch pad.
A bad touch pad
The touch pad has gone bad and most likely needs to be replaced.
Restart the Ultrabook
Restart the Ultrabook by holding the power button until the display goes black. Wait for machine to restart.
