How can I fix the pedometer, it is not longer counting steps?

The pedometer on the watch is not working at all and I've restarted, powered off, factory reset and it still doesn't count the steps. the watch is still working fine though. heart rate monitor and everything is working fine.

I fixed mine, it is a Curves model.
