Swap the guts from my crushed but working iPad 3d?

My iPad 3 has been dropped twice. Two corners are severely bent but it still works.

Can I swap out the guts of my working iPad into an iCloud locked iPad 3rd generation?

You sure can! The icloud lock won't matter since you'd be putting your motherboard in there. If everything on the locked ipad is good, just swap in your motherboard and you'll be good to go.
