the puk in my lG flip phone has been blocked i have no clue how it could have been blocked but when i went to go send a message it came up

When you say the puk is blocked, do you mean that the phone won't send text messages and says that its SIM card is blocked from the carrier's network?

I've already tried to do that texting with the puk being blocked and it does not work at all
