Accessing the Internal Memory of a Droid 2 after password lock out.

How can I open up my Droid 2 and save my internal memory or switch it to an unlocked device after I have locked my self out after password change. I tried calling Verizon to see if the Droid 2 has a pass code breaker or any solutions but have found nothing yet. I know I can reset my phone but I dont want to lose my videos of my Son from his last camping trip. Can you please help. Thanks
