MagSafe Sticker / adhesive

Hi,

since my Macbook is fully disassembled I decided to clean the ports and hubs etc.

They are REALLY dirty.

I started with the MagSafe . So I disconnected the MagSafe Board from the logic board and started to rub with a Q-tip and 99% Isopropanol.

But immediately the sticker came off.

Do you know where I can find a replacement or whatever

and Q-tips are a bit too big for the USB Hub etc . Does anyone know a smaller alternative?

AFAIK there is no source for small parts like that. (You could try to pick up a damaged unit from e-bay but you'd still be in the same place... removing and reapplying the insulator) If you can't put some spray/brush adhesive on it you could try some double sticky tape.

You could also custom cut an INSULATOR out of electricians tape.
