The blue screen states an error 0xc0000034 and need a recovery disc to fix this error. But the laptop is no supplied with anything to do a recovery. Thanks in advance.

You boot manager file has been corrupted on your computer so in this situation you must need to repair your windows. for that you need windows recovery disk or windows installation disk.
Once you will install this windows on your computer and it will start working fine then you need to scan your computer with an good antivirus software then it will work fine there.
