My signal strength is low and drops service after having water damage. I would like to know if there is a way to replace the cellular antenna? Will the cellular antenna from the iphone 5 work for the iPhone 5s?

No you can't interchange from iPhone 5 to 5s
Try a new dock connector as the anntena is located on that

Hi is the iPhone 5 dock connector the same as the 5s
The iPhone 5 dock connector and the iPhone 5s dock connector are two distinct items, with two distinct Apple part codes. If you look at the photos, you'll see that the logic board connector to the left of the Lightning connector is on opposite sides of the card in the two items, meaning that the corresponding socket on the logic boards are also in different locations.
