Upgrade ATI Radeon HD 4200 graphics card in Dell Inspiron 570?

I would like to replace this graphics cord, I already up graded my power supply cord from 300 with a corsair CX430 can someone tell me what graphics cards will work with this power supply I have a AMD Athlon(tm) II X3 435 Processor, 2048 MB DDR3-SDRAM (1333 MHz) with 2.00GBMemory Size , Total Physical Memory: 4.00 GB, Maximum Supported Memory: 8.00 GB, Interface: PCI , Video Card Chip Type: ATI display adapter (0X9710), Video Card Memory: 256.00 MB , and a Operating System Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition (64-bit), Service Pack 1, DirectX Version 11 and Maximum OS Memory 16.00 GB. DON'T WANT TO SPEND MORE THAN $100 IF THAT IS LOGICAL NEW AT THIS. THANKS TO WHOM EVER CAN HELP ME!
