Why is my Moto G having issues?

hi walter,because your phone is a pure android phone you get free support from google,so if you go back to the user manuals that you received with your phone there should be support options somewhere on them,you might have to register your phone with google if you already hav'nt. I also have a Moto g and upon registering the phone with google there was options for support. i KNOW YOU GET ADDITIONAL SUPPORT AS MY PREVIOUS PHONE WAS A GALAXY NEXUS which was also a pure android phone,the web address below will bring you to the motorola support for your phone,just sign in or sign up and then choose your country for support options,hope this helps buddy.Peter

register your phone with motorola i mean,keep saying google as they did own motorola until they sold it off to lenovo but you still get the support
