Try to reset your camera. Find a small pinhole sized hole somewhere on the camera that says reset above it and stick a folded out paper clip or wire into it. But if this message started appearing after you dropped your camcorder on the ground you might have to take it to be repaired or try to find out what is blocking the camera lens motor from moving (the part that moves when your camera auto-focuses)
