First is the system even working (is anything not working)? You may have some internal damage here as well as the visible external. It's hard to tell just from these pics if you can bend things back. You will need to strip the system down quite far to get to the point you could even give it a try.

Hi, thx for your reply!

No it has not any damages. Lan works as well. Only the unibody aluminium is a little deformed. Incan try tu pull the aluminium accurately and slow back with a pair of tongs (german Zange). But I dont know if the aluminium will take fractures.

What do you mean? Is aluminium, unibody, a little flexible?

Carlo if everything is working you have a good chance of improving the case.

I would remove the logic board and the DC-In board (here's the iFixIt guide to follow) so I could place a hard wood block along the inside & side pressing only at the deformed location with a block of wood on a very ridged surface and using a hammer bang on the block slowly forcing the metal back in to the correct shape (use some hardwood blocks fitted for each of the I/O holes on the side so you don't crush them). I wouldn't use anything to grab (tongs/pliers) as they will crush and mar the metal. The trick here is just like what a car body shop would do easing the metal back. To save the outside finish try using a layer or two of masking tape.

Given the amount of deforming and the amount of pressure needed to correct things your case shouldn't crack, but it will not be as strong as it was before as the metal has fatigued.

Be careful not to damage your top cover (LCD screen) in the process of banging.

Hello Carlo

In addition to Dan I would recommend to remove the display / top cover section from your MacBook, too.

If you are removing the logic board then it will be a very little step to just remove everything including the display.

The unibodies aluminium is a softer one so you may be able to bend it by hand. I would try that first.

Also the body could be cleaned very well and easily by using some bathroom spray :)
