Why is my screen having color distortions on display?

My laptop fell and the inches screw broke off its hold! Hence it's lifting tray on that side of the laptop.

So I decided to open it up to fix it since I have the knowledge of doing so! After fixing the inches and recoupling, I found out my screen display has color distortions; showing lines of colour, multiple colours and rounded colors like magenta, blue and etc.

I have displayed the screen to an external monitor and it displayed FINE! Could this be the flex?

Please I need an assistance asap!
