Board repair (the best station) location
I got the Board out now I need to know the best repair shop & price. this is a 1064MHZ BD. thank you

So are you saying that your board is dead, and that you want to send it off to have it repaired? I'm sorry to say it, but that is an old computer, and it's probably not cost-effective to have anyone repair the board. Not to mention that when most things go wrong with a board, there's not a lot that can be done anyway. You're probably better off buying a replacement board on eBay, or a whole replacement computer, since that machine can be had fully working in the $250 range.
Having said that, what symptoms was the board exhibiting before you opened the machine up (black screen, no power, freezing, etc.)?

The unit turn on but later spinning trying to load it freezz to blue screen,if I hold down right shift key unit boot up to to set time and all icon on screen.then I let go and it freezz. there were only a light streaks of heat pace on ic when I breah it down.(clock)hx1064vc chip
Could be a hard disk issue. Did you try another one before taking the machine apart ?
