Man, I know how you feel. When I first started repairing i*devices I lifted a couple. I've repaired pads like oldturkey03 stated. Just, out of curiosity I started digging around the other day and found this. Seems to me it could be used to fill in a missing solder pad..then using a needle drag out a bit to connect to the trace on the board. I've seen many "liquid solders", but this product description clearly states that it adheres to most electronic substrates.
Haven't tried it... (they make 4-5 different types so check the site)...

if anyone has experience with this product, please let us know.
good luck!

+1...looks like some cool stuff. I'll have to give it a try with the next solder pad I am going to tear off :-)
Thanks. I've also used copper that comes in a roll that has conductive adhesive. You can find it on amazon. Works great as a spacer between iPhone 4S sleep and power button too.
I have done the copper sheet before, just remember to solder a connection before using the adhesive.
akshay patel, looks like your solder pad is tore of. There is no easy way to fix it, but you could try a solder pad repair since your traces still look decent. This site shows a bit better how to repair some problems on a PCB. The other thing you could try is to bridge the points with the smallest wire you can find and use the image as a guide. Reroute any wire so that they are not in the way with the re-assembly. Take a look at this video as well as on here. Both videos show it very well.
Hope this helps, good luck.
