My Screen is black and resetting doesnt work?
At first my touch screen wasnt working i couldnt unlock it or do anything with it and then all of a sudden the whole screen went black, however it was still vibrating and making the connection noise when i plugged the charger in. I tried resetting it using the home and lock buttons and it didnt work nothing is coming up on the screen but when i turn it back on it is still vibrating and making noises. I dont know what to do?
