Nothing on screen during power up
I replaced the hard drive in this computer. I am not sure I have the right memory in there or not as I have a ton of it laying around. However, I am not getting anything on the screen, no sound and the white light on the front flashes four times then stops.
It does turn on though. Any ideas what the light flashing four times means? This should make it that much easier in figuring out what I did wrong here.
Es esta una buena pregunta?
Removing the memory allowed me to boot up. Now I have to remember if I replaced the hard drive or not. I sure hope so because that was a ton of work and I already have everything reinstalled.
When I pressed the option key down during boot I got a screen with a x on the Mac HDD. Does that mean the drive is not recognized?
