1 Click Wheel works just pushing -- not left and right slide

Sorry for my pour english.
My Daughter Irene own a 4gb silver A1236 EMC No 2174 -- S/N 6U741NNHY0P.
The I pod works..I mean, she may hear music.
The problem is on the click wheel which works just pushing the play and stop music but nothing happen sliding it left & right.
Any chance to get repair kit and a new "click board" ??
