This devise cannot start

I have been into Device Manager and tried to update and it says it is already up to date but still remains to have an "!" triangle.

I am unable to find a solution for this problem!

Please can you help me with this problem as I can not use my CCTV camera.

Paul, have you tried to totally uninstall the previous drivers and then a new reinstall? Are you using the right drivers for your OS?
