This is the Dell part number for the front bezel for a micro Optiplex 7090 which includes the Power button.
Can't tell if there's provision for the LED light to shine through the Power button in the bezel or not. Given its clear/white plastic? and not black. it might (see image below).
Also not sure if the price suits you ;-)
