Set serial number on HP motherboard

I have had to replace the motherboard in a HP-15ay023na laptop.[br]

I have been able to source and fit a new motherboard. The only problem is that the new board does not have the system's derial number of other information programmed on the board and HP say only a HP service center has access to this tool.

Does anyone have a tool that will allow the details for the board to be programmed?

Otherwise the system produces an error message every time the system is started.
