Hi @richi62386
Try a full power refresh and check if that resolves the problem.
Here’s the procedure:
Disconnect the charger from the laptop. (if connected)
Open the laptop and disconnect (unplug) the main battery cable from the motherboard.
Remove the RTC coin cell battery from the motherboard.
Here's a teardown [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=if_qq-co1Gw|video] that shows how to open the laptop to gain access to the motherboard.
Here's an image from the video that shows where the battery cable connector and the RTC battery are located
[image|3358139]
''Press and hold'' the laptop’s Power On button for a ''full 30 seconds'' and then release it.
Reinsert the RTC coin cell battery on the motherboard, reconnect the battery cable to the motherboard, re-assemble the laptop, connect the charger to the laptop and try to start it.
If it starts, there may be a message about the date and time being incorrect. This is normal as the above procedure has reset the BIOS back to its factory defaults. Once the date and time have been adjusted, the message won't appear the next time the laptop is started. Any user defined BIOS settings that have been altered by you to suit your particular requirements will need to be changed back also.

+Hi @richi62386
+
+Both the fans should be easily visible.
+
+Here's an image showing the fans.
+
+If the CPU fan is not turning, then you can check the fan motor with an Ohmmeter to make sure it is OK (disconnect the fan from the motherboard). Measure between the red and black wires on the fan cable.
+
+If the fan is OK then there's a motherboard problem and the schematics would be needed to find out what's wrong.
+
+If the fan is faulty, there should be a model number on the fan label that you can search for, to get a replacement.
