I have a general question for all models of MB Air 2010 - 2017

I need to replace some internal cables & hinges but need to know how hot must I set the heat gun to soften the adhesive enough for removal?

And is it possible to replace the Antenna / Wifi cable, can't find any guide on this.... I broke the wire off from the connector on the wifi cable and soldering it back looks like a seriously tricky job https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UnNCSlU4a64
