When I press the power button the indicator momentarily comes on then goes off. I performed the power and rtc reset several times with no success. My next move will be to remove the back cover and pull the integrated battery connection.
If this doesn't work what will be the next steps to isolate the problem? I am debating whether to risk purchasing a replacement motherboard or play it safe and buy a new laptop?
