-These computers are not exactly fit for Windows 7. While it may ''run'' on a Core 2 series system (read: Pentium 4 and D are too old to support it), it will struggle to run well, and the upgrades required to have a fighting chance will add up too quickly. I would get an off-lease or refurbished business class system that is fresh of corporate America's scrap pile instead of trying to make it work on this thing, if you can go for the fresh "EOL" to corporate stock.
+These computers are not exactly fit for Windows 7. While it CAN run it being a Core 2, (read: Pentium 4 and D are too old to support it), it will struggle to run well. The needed upgrades required to have a fighting chance will add up too quickly to the point that upgrades cost as much as a newer unit which will run it well out of the box. Look for an older off-lease or refurbished business-class system that is fresh from corporate America's scrap pile instead of trying to make it work on this thing.
-Even then, if the IGP is no good the machine cannot take a PCIe video card; the PCIe "slot" is for an ADD2 card which just adds DVI to the ports on the system the IGP can use. UNLESS YOU INSTALL A PCI GPU, it will not accept them. I found this out because I had to look into it for mine, and I wanted to know before I learned the hard way.

UNLESS YOU INSTALL A PCI GPU, it will not accept them and this doesn't have AGP! I found this out because I had to look into it for mine, and I wanted to know before I learned the hard way.

-These computers are not exactly fit for Windows 7. It'll do it but it will struggle. I would get a off-lease or refurbished business system instead of spend money on this system getting it Windows 7 ready.
-Even installing a GPU is a lost cause. These only take ADD2 cards, which run off of the iGPU and give you a DVI connection. These are not dedicated cards; they only add ports to the system. I found this out because I had to look into it for mine.

-Honestly, you're better off getting a refurbished computer that has 7 or 8 on it instead of trying to shoehorn it onto this. While it'll do it it will need some big upgrades, and there's a good chance a dedicated GPU may be required. Even worse, this is supposedly a ADD2 card only machine from what I hear. In other words it won't even take a dedicated video card.
-I have one, but I haven't been bothered to test this yet. I need a PCI-e low profile GPU first.
